OUR STORY

Happy Daisies is a women-led business created from our love of good food and drink.

Owned and managed by two old friends, we joined

forces to bring decades of hospitality, catering, and marketing expertise together to create a fun and

eye-catching pop-up bar serving some of our

favorite things, cocktails and ice cream!

We pride ourselves on using good quality ingredients

with customer service from the heart.

*These bookings were under our previous company name Coolercabs. Happy Daisies replaces our successful ice cream business, Coolercabs where we served soft serve ice cream out of a converted black taxi for nearly 5 years. We are sad to see our taxi go but it was time for a change, to extend our offering and create something new together. Our core values remain the same, to be a FUN, VIBRANT mobile caterer that keeps the quality of the product and customer experience at the heart.
