We serve delicious ice creams, frozen cocktails, snow cones, and other treats from our gorgeous pop-up mobile bar, which can go inside or outdoors, suitable for any event. New to our offer is a unique margarita and tequila bar option, showcasing a wide range of premium tequilas and flavours.
Happy Daisies is owned and managed by two old friends. We decided to join forces to bring decades of hospitality and catering expertise together to create extraordinary experiences.
*These bookings were under our previous company name Coolercabs. Happy Daisies replaces our successful ice cream business, Coolercabs where we served soft serve ice cream out of a converted black taxi for nearly 5 years. We are sad to see our taxi go but it was time for a change, to extend our offering and create something new together. Our core values remain the same, to be a FUN, VIBRANT mobile caterer that keeps the quality of the product and customer experience at the heart.
